Without Peek Protection:Cancellations made with at least one weeks notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with at least 4 days notice will be eligible for 50% refund. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will receive a 10% refund. Less than 24 hours notice will not be eligible for any refund.
With Peek Protection:Cancellations made with at least one days notice will receive full refund.
There is a 100% refund for any mechanical failure of the vessel that is not the fault of the operator. There is no refund for lost time due to operator error. For example if a rope is stuck in the propellor, we will make arrangements to tow the vessel at no charge to client. There will be no refund for the lost time on water if it is the fault of operator.
For weather related cancelations, we recommend peek protection. This gives you 100% refund if you cancel within one day of rental date. If you do not opt for the peek protection then cancelation must be done within one week of the rental date for 100% refund. Peek protection is an extra fee but it is highly recommended due to weather and lake conditions being unpredictable.
